Air Pollution

The average American breathes 2 gallons of air each minute.

That's 2880 gallons a day.

The fog that can be caused by this air pollution
can make it hard to see things that aren't far away.

In fact, travellers at the Grand Canyon often can't
see to the other side.

More worryingly, this pollution causes the majority of lung diseases.

It has been linked to increased chances of asthma, bronchitis, and even cancer.

So how can this problem be stopped?

Well, if every person rode a bike to school or work...

...even just once a week...

...air pollution would be reduced substantially!

If this isn't possible for you...

take the bus or carpool instead.

Hopefully, we can work together to create a brighter future
for everyone around the world.
